Boozy Spiced Fruit Cake

My traditional family fruit cake recipe! A firm favourite. (Please Note: I require minimum 3 months notice for this cake flavour)

Spiced Carrot Cake

Spiced carrot cake filled with cream cheese, vanilla or pineapple flavour Swiss meringue buttercream

Vanilla Madeira

Vanilla madeira drizzled with vanilla syrup and filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream (can also be filled with salted caramel)

Tiramisu

A decadent coffee cake, soaked with amaretto syrup, filled with luxurious Swiss meringue buttercream, laced with amaretto liqueur and chocolate sauce

Lemon Drizzle

A moist madeira cake (with or without poppy seeds) drizzled with lemon syrup and filled with a zesty homemade lemon curd

Lemon & Raspberry

Zesty lemon sponge with the addition of fresh raspberries, layered with homemade lemon curd, raspberry preserve and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream

Raspberry & White Chocolate

Madeira cake with fresh raspberries filled with raspberry sauce and white chocolate ganache buttercream

Passionfruit Martini

Layers of rich vanilla Madeira drizzled in vanilla syrup and layered with Prosecco Swiss meringue buttercream and passion fruit sauce
