I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to write a review, it's not something to be rushed! As I was planning our wedding from the UK it wasn't an easy task but choosing you to design & make our cake was the easiest decision of them all! I've been following your work for years and couldn't wait for the day to come. From the first meeting 2 years before the wedding day you were amazing, you were so patient I was at ease. As a head Pastry Chef for the Dorchester Collection I had high expectations as did my guests, and you exceeded them entirely. You had the most creative ideas and had such passion for what you do, I had complete faith in you from day one. The cake had the complete WOW factor and made me cry when I saw it, it was so beautiful and better than I could have ever imagined. The cake of my dreams! Our guests were queueing up to take pictures of it! It also tasted amazing which seldom happens in wedding cakes! I can't thank you enough for all you did. I couldn't recommend you enough. I wish you all the best for your future x
